This 1985 Honda Acty Pickup is a four wheel drive model that was recently imported by the seller from a museum in Japan. This late production first generation Acty is equipped with a water cooled 545cc twin cylinder engine and a 4-speed manual transmission. Although not much is known of it’s history in Japan, it is reported to run and drive well and is sold by a dealer with all import records and a clean Florida title.
A dent is visible above the left side headlight and another minor dent is near the left side tail light. The cargo area features folding sides and a rear window guard. The Acty was less than 10.5 feet long but could carry a payload of almost 800 pounds.
The interior shows little wear but there is a small tear in the side of the lower seat cushion. Options include A/C and a Clarion AM radio. The seller states that all controls and accessories work well aside from the A/C, which will be re-charged before the buyer takes delivery. The odometer currently shows 20k kilometers (~13k miles).
The 545cc two-cylinder water cooled engine is mounted ahead of the rear axle and was rated to produce 30 hp in stock form. Access is gained through a removable panel in the bed. No service records are available but the seller reports that it runs and drives well.
